Installation:
Remove existing frame/license plate from vehicle. Put screw through plastic washer with screw head sitting inside the washer. Insert screws with washer attached into the 2 holes on the gloss black license plate frame. Secure license plate with rear clips and screw onto vehicle. Cover screws with cap covers.
